-explore and uncover the deeper roots of your struggles, and see how your current symptoms actually make sense.

• Discuss and notice any thoughts, beliefs, feelings or sense of being out of sync with your self, others, or life in general

- Consider how culture and your relationships might be affecting your personal experiences and contributing to your current mental, emotional or spiritual challenges

• Talk about what you imagine might be helpful in beginning to move toward some changes you desire

60 Minute Individual Therapy Session , $110

Couples and Family Therapy

Relationships can be deeply meaningful-and deeply challenging. Even when love is present, it’s not uncommon to feel stuck, misunderstood, or overwhelmed. That’s not a failure: it’s often a sign that something important is being missed .

Without support, the same patterns tend to repeat, and over time, it’s easy to lose hope or feel tempted to give up.

In therapy, couples and families begin to understand their reactivity and how it gets in the way of connecting. We’ll move toward recognizing what’s happening underneath the surface and learn to relate to one another with more clarity, care and awareness.

I’m here to help you learn how to step out of the struggle when things get difficult and actually find your way back to feeling reconnected again.

Chad Lorge LPC

I’ve been in the therapy world for over 15 years holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling. Most recently, I’ve begun training in Coherence Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

I view psychotherapy as an intentional and creative process focused on self-discovery, reflection and hope. Experiential learning like this can help us not just understand, but feel our way into who we are-especially in the ways we relate, protect, and open ourselves to others. To me, the initial inner-decision of being willing to pursue therapy is the most fundamental and essential element in the process of growth and change. I see this as the intention to move toward experiencing what we most desire. This first step is so much more than it might appear.

Most of us are not prepared for or ready for the difficult encounters with change, lack of change, loss and disorientation we enter into as we move through life.

That said, talking about what we are living into or where we feel stuck (although vulnerable) can be a worthwhile practice in pursuing our lives with curiosity and courage in hope toward realizing helpful perspectives of ourselves, our relationships and life in general.

I offer a comfortable, neutral and supportive space for individuals, couples and families to come and slow down, talk, think and quite often laugh.
This process can help nurture a stronger sense of clarity, direction and meaning in your life and relationships.

I love being a part of this with people and hope everyone I work with moves toward a clearer understanding and experience of their personal life, relationships, and Awareness overall.

I look forward to meeting you.
