60 Minute Individual Therapy Session , $110

Couples and Family Therapy

Relationships can be deeply meaningful-and deeply challenging. Even when love is present, it’s not uncommon to feel stuck, misunderstood, or overwhelmed. That’s not a failure: it’s often a sign that something important is being missed .

Without support, the same patterns tend to repeat, and over time, it’s easy to lose hope or feel tempted to give up.

In therapy, couples and families begin to understand their reactivity and how it gets in the way of connecting. We’ll move toward recognizing what’s happening underneath the surface and learn to relate to one another with more clarity, care and awareness.

I’m here to help you learn how to step out of the struggle when things get difficult and actually find your way back to feeling reconnected again.

Chad Lorge LPC

I’ve been in the therapy world for a little over 15 years holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling. Most recently, I’ve begun to deepen my education and training experiences around Coherence Therapy (CT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I love what I’m learning and believe it’s expanding my ability to help people make more sense of what is happening in their lives.

Most of us aren’t really ready for the ways life will change us-or won’t change when we wish it would- including destabilizing losses along the way.

That said, when we talk about what we’re experiencing- both the changes and the places we feel stuck-we open the door to curiosity, courage, and hope that can reshape how we see life and ourselves.

I think of psychotherapy as something we do together- a steady, neutral and supportive space where individuals, couples and families can pause, talk things through, reflect, and often laugh along the way. In that slowing down, we begin to discover not just ideas about ourselves, but the felt experience of how we relate, how we protect, and how we open to connection. And honestly the first step into therapy is often a turning point- Just deciding to begin is a significant move toward the clarity, direction, and meaning you most want for your life and relationships.

Being part of this experience with people is something I deeply value, especially as it opens the way to clearer awareness- the place from which life naturally unfolds. I’ll look forward to the possibility of meeting you!
